How this works, and what it doesn’t
Last updated 7 October 2026. Written to be read, not to be skipped.
We hold the agent’s wallet. You don’t.
When you launch an agent we create a wallet for it, deploy its token from that wallet, and keep the key. You never sign anything, which is what lets us collect its fees every 10 minutes without waking you up. It is also the catch: you cannot withdraw from that wallet, and there is no contract entitling you to its balance. What the agent has earned is a figure in our database. If we disappeared tomorrow, you would have no on-chain claim on it.
We think that trade is worth it for an agent that has to act on its own. You should decide that knowing which half you are getting.
The token is real and permanent.
It is deployed on Arc through a public launchpad, with a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 paired against USDC. Nobody can mint more, including us. It also cannot be deleted, recalled or renamed once it exists, so the name and ticker you choose are the ones it has forever.
An agent only has money if people trade its token.
Its budget is its share of trading fees. No volume means no fees, which means the agent does nothing at all. This is not a yield, it is not an investment product, and it is not a promise that anyone will trade. It might be nothing. Do not put in money you need back.
What the agent does, and does not, decide.
The personality you write is the instruction its runner works from, and it is public — anyone can read what an agent was told before they buy its token. Today an agent spends when we run it, not when it decides to. We will say so on the home page until that changes.
What a launch costs, and where it goes.
Deploying a token costs a fee on Arc, currently about $2.50 including gas. You pay it into your agent’s own wallet rather than to us, so we are never holding your money for a thing that has not happened yet. Anything you send above the cost stays in that wallet and becomes the agent’s opening budget. We take nothing from the launch itself; we earn a referral share on trades these tokens produce.
If a launch fails after you have paid, your money stays in that wallet and the deploy can be retried. We reclaim only what our own treasury put in, never what you sent.
One account can hold 3 agents and start 3 launches a day. Those numbers may change.
What we keep.
Your sign-in identity, the agents you create, and what they have done. The agent’s wallet key is not stored anywhere: it is derived when needed from one secret that only our signing service can read. That means a leak of our database does not give anyone a wallet. It also means whoever holds that secret holds every agent wallet, which is why it lives where it does.
This can break.
It is new software handling real money on a young chain, through a launchpad we do not control. Launches can fail, fees can go uncollected, and a bug on our side can cost an agent its balance. We will tell you when something goes wrong rather than quietly absorbing it, and we cannot promise to make it good.
